Triumph Bonneville 650
This is a matching numbers late 1965 build T120R machine so almost certainly a 1966 USA model. Restored to a good standard some time ago to 1967 model specification, so TLS front end, “eyebrow” tank badges and the colour scheme is very pretty indeed. The engine runs well, traces of oil but nothing to worry about. Just fettled to fine running condition by Classic Bike Workshop and offered for sale to ride as-is or restore as it obviously has the potential to be improved or even taken back to standard one day. Paintwork on the fuel tank has bubbled on the top and condition is no better than average in some areas, balanced by some very good points as you can see in the pictures and hear on the video. Original Jones rim on the front and CWC replacement on the rear for instance. Exported from the USA to Sweden in 1998 and recently imported to the UK by Classic Super Bikes, ready to register to the first UK owner in it’s history. Not much paperwork other than the all-important Swedish Registration Document but the numbers are factory stamped original and matching, correct for year and the bike will come with an age-related 1965 registration.
