Very rare 500 sports twin; beautifully restored and completely rebuilt to a very high standard.

A rare model worldwide and even rarer as this is a UK registered from new machine, the likes of which we have never seen before. This is an absolutely stunning rebuild and restoration job done by Nick Marshall about ten years and only 188 miles ago. It’s faultless with the exception of some peeling chrome on one exhaust downpipe and the bike comes with a NOS standard black exhaust system in addition to the sweet sounding Conti chrome system fitted. Just recommissioned after a few years of very little use, she’s behaving very well indeed; starting on the button, idling smoothly and sounding mechanically perfect as you would expect. A stack of invoices for parts and services used in the restoration come with the bike, along with the V5C confirming first registration in the UK in 1978 and only four former keepers.
