Honda 750 NR
Honda NR in stunning head-turning show-winning condition.
We don’t see many of these around do we? One of only 300 ever made, this machine is a complete classic in every respect; all documentation, keys, history present and correct. A standard full power machine first registered in Germany and registered in the UK by it’s first of two UK owners in 2014, since when it has had over £6,000 lavished on it to bring it up to the immaculate standard you see and hear here. Only 10k km from new. The engine was recently fully serviced and a new fuel pump fitted (a known weakness), new tyres, new paintwork by the best in the business to bring it up to show standard. Also available with the registration: A 750 NR to UK buyers (price to be negotiated). There is an original stand and a bespoke fitted”NR” soft cover with the bike too. This bike was ridden by Jim Moore; editor of Practical Sports Bikes; just before we sold it to a collector a couple of years ago. Jim was smitten and it starred in a comprehensive multi page article which extolled its virtues and adds to the provenance of this particular machine. I rode it at the same time and was similarly impressed, it’s a truly great road bike. The last owner concurrs, it’s really special. Hardly used in the last couple of years but cherished as part of a wonderful collection of significant classics, it’s in the same condition now as it was then. Offered for sale here again for what we consider to be a bargain price to the first call with £79,950 for a quick sale. This really is an investment buy at this price, it’s probably a £100,000+ motorcycle at auction and quality examples of genuinely rare and iconic motorcycles are only increasing in value!
