Very unusual and a UK model so especially rare. Only seven former keepers and 20k miles from new make this a practical and desireable classic to ride and as a good investment. Not strictly standard in that it’s been upgraded with some later California parts; sprung footboards, switchgear and handlebars for instance; all significant improvements. The seat is NOS, no replica, and in perfect condition, you can tell by the original shape and pattern. The original screen comes with the bike if you wanted to restore the complete Convert look and feel, but it’s much nicer to ride without it fitted. Fitted with K&N filters but again with the standard air-boxes spare. There’s a nice bit of documented history with it – some old MOTs, parts invoices and a magazine article. The last owner loves his Guzzis and we have given it a lot of love and attention in the workshop; far beyond a bit of recommissioning; so it’s running very well indeed. Very good condition overall, could be tidier in some areas, black paint is nice without being perfect, wheels could be improved and some touch-up time would lift condition to excellent. It’s rather nice as it is, looks and feels good and it’s a hoot to ride! No clutch, no neutral, weird but fun. Fitted with new tyres since these pictures were taken, ridden some and performing perfectly on the road.
