Harris Matchless G80
Rebuilt and restored, has had a lot of attention recently to bring it back to standard condition and it shows. Just had a new electronic ignition box and carburettor rebuild following a full engine rebuild. We can and will improve fuelling to give a cleaner lower tick-over than you hear on the video so it will be easy to start and live with. The Rotax engine gives good useable power and the lightweight Harris package handles well and provides enough performance for a very enjoyable ride. Excellent brakes, indicators and mirrors make it a practical proposition for modern riding too! Please note this is a rare combination of twin front disc brakes and kick-start. The kick-start is on the left side and requires a slightly different starting procedure (usually still using your right leg) but it has a positioning window on the top of the engine and the procedure is straightforward. This is not the electric start model. I think about 900 were made and about a third of them had electric start.
