This example of Honda’s iconic in green 125cc single is a piece of history.

13,472 miles from new in 1975 with every MOT certificate on file to prove it. A real time warp machine, unrestored and unmolested, runs perfectly as you can hear after some recommissioning work and sympathetic new parts replacement using only genuine Honda items. The seat has been recovered by RK Leightons on new foam and the original base which has been powder coated. The engine has been serviced, carb cleaned and rebuilt, fork stancions and seals replace along with any other seals that time and lack of use had hardened. The history file is comprehensive and includes the original Honda handbook, a brochure, parts list and Haynes manual. Two keys fit all locks and the original tag with the key number is present. Two grab rails have been fitted so there is no temptation to grab the seat putting it up on the NOS centre stand. Condition is good original, no repainting, touching up or rechroming so expect to see some pitting and blemishes. One sidepanel is cracked and repaired but all lugs intact. Good news is that the tank is like new inside (not out) and the engine must be like that too because it sounds and performs so very sweetly. If you had one you will know just how good these bikes are, and you’ll want one like this rather than a restored one.
