Moto Morini 3.5 Sport

A very nicely restored late model electric start Moto Morini 3.5 Sport in excellent mechanical order. First registered in the UK on 20th October 1983 as ODO 912Y, this lovely example of Morini’s popular Sports V-twin spent some time in Ireland before being re-imported and registered with the current number. A letter from the DVLA confirms that the original number is still available, so it could be reinstated although hardly necessary. There are a stack of receipts for work and parts supplied by NLM, a good few old MOTs and of course the current V5C which is all correct. Clearly the result of a complete restoration; the bike looks and sounds fantastic. The styling and specification of this late model 350 with the disc front brake and electric start is particularly attractive. This bike has just had a complete electric start upgrade and rebuild so she starts easily on the button, or left kicker of course. Used regularly recently, she runs smoothly and smoke free and performs very well on the road. Recently serviced with new cam belts, the electric fuel tap works perfectly, new rear tyre and long MOT. Recently fitted with a blue-faced tacho to match the speedo colour, silencers are newish black chrome Sitos, the rest speaks for itself really. We like these in general and knowing this one in particular it is surely one of the best on the road.
